Ford Ranger Door Not Closing

How can i get to the latch to open the door. Its supposed to rainsnow tonight so i need this fixed asap.

Take the scerw out of inter door handle then take the pull handle to shut the door off then the pull the door skin off it pops off then there is a rod that runs to the lach u pull it the door will open.
